General Terms And Conditions -

 

Terms and conditions apply for all users including Doctors, Diagnostic Centres pharmacist and others

iamokay - reserve the rights to modify or terminate any portion of agreement for any reason or any time.

Payment Terms - All users are agreed to pay for services availed from the health care services providers like Doctors, Diagnostic Centers, pharmacist or ambulance services etc.from iamokay platform, mostly all the services would be pre paid,so users have to pay before availed services 

Iamokay will not interfere with fees or charges from health care services providers ,

Refund policy - iamokay will provide refund incase of not taken services (after verification from service providers),

No refund will provided in case of cancellation due to abusive behaviour by patients,

Data privacy - iamokay ( healthyish hub llp) ensures all users data security through encryption 

Users are agreed to provide their personal information which will be processed in accordance to the privacy policy of iamokay.in

Governing Laws - the agreement will governed by Indian laws 

Any disputes arising will be subject to jurisdictions of courts of Maharashtra.
